Welcome to the Richard S. Pearse 1878 home in Bristol, Rhode Island. The owner occupied home is in a quiet residential section of Bristol's Historic District. It is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, Bristol's Beautiful Harbor, and the Scenic East Bay Bike Path. The guest suite is on the second floor and is accessed from the front hall staircase. The suite is a bright, clean and comfortable space which can accommodate either one to four adults or a family with young children. The space includes two sitting rooms divided by glass paned french doors; a bedroom with queen size bed; full bathroom and full kitchen. Each sitting room has a futon couch which can sleep two comfortably. For younger children the suite is equipped with two pack'n plays and child's fold-away bed. A child's high chair along with toys and books are also available for use. There is a television with VHS and DVD player, and a wide selection of children's movies.	*Get the best seat in town for Bristol's famous 4th of July Parade! The oldest in the country!*
